We price every system install by layout, coverage, city requirements, and components used, giving you fair, upfront pricing with no hidden costs.
Service and Repair Pricing
Service Call: $85 (System Diagnostic)
Hourly Rate (after diagnosis): $75/hour
Parts are billed separately and approved before installation
Monthly Maintenance
Spray Irrigation Co. provides preventative irrigation maintenance services for commercial properties and apartment communities throughout the DFW area. Our goal is to save you money by reduce water waste, prevent costly failures, and provide predictable maintenance costs through structured monthly service plans.
Tier 2 – Professional Care (Most Popular) |
$175 / month
- Everything in Essential Care
- Minor repairs included (up to 30 minutes labor per month)
- Broken head or nozzle replacements when possible
- Water efficiency recommendations
- Photo documentation
Additional repairs billed at $75/hr plus parts.
Tier 3 – Property Manager Care |
Starting at $295 / month
- Multiple controller management
- Monthly inspections with emergency priority
- 1 hour of labor included per month
- Seasonal audits and water-saving adjustments
- Detailed reporting for records and compliance
Additional repairs billed at $75/hr. Emergency calls billed at 1.5x rate.
Annual agreement, billed monthly.
